Dear Readers,
When you read this story about at-risk kids working with wild horses, I think it will remind you of the HARP program in the original PHANTOM STALLION books.
If you follow this link Teen Mustang Project you'll be able to skim down the page and see a horse that reminds me of Ace. Then, if you go back up to the top and look to the left at ABOUT US and click on the CBS News Special and go all the way down to the bottom, you'll see some girls that just might remind you -- well, you tell me. Do any of them look like HARP girls?
